Gypsy Braidlet Inspired by BrandiGirlBlog

Good afternoon everyone!  My good friend Brandi from BrandiGirlBlog has done it once again, inspired me with her amazing color combinations to create a Braidlet called Gypsy. This picture was created by Brandi introducing her Spring Color Trios for 2014 and I couldn’t stop thinking about designing a Braidlet from one of these trios.

Understanding Color: Color Theory Made Easy

My friend Brandi from BrandiGirlBlog, had an awesome event happen last month, she wrote and published a book about color theory called ‘Understanding Color: Color Theory Made Easy’. This book is AMAZING! I would love to go into detail about her book today, but I will later this month.

However, I will say one thing about Brandi’s book… If you want to actually comprehend color theory, then you need to purchase this book or enter her > Color Challenge and Giveaway for a chance to win a printed copy of this fantastic book.

I think she is quite talented in both photography and creating color palettes... How does she pull those 6 colors from the photo?  It looks easy enough to do... yeah I say that because the colors are already chosen! LOL But that's why I leave...

When I came across Color Palette #55 :: Gemstones by Brandi, I just had to make something.  I was intrigued, by the colors Brandi choose were right on the money, compared to the colors in the stone.

As I being to crochet the beads to the wire, the anticipation was almost overwhelming. It seemed at the time... I couldn't work fast enough. What will it look like when I am done?
